Got an important meeting? Make a big impression with our state-of-the-art meeting room for up to 32 people!

Do you usually work from home and don’t have a suitable space for meetings? Want to make a strong first impression and receive your clients in an ultramodern setting? Need the right sort of space to give training courses? Then book a meeting room with us. These exclusive spaces are all available to you when you take an office in GG126.

Amenities

  • All meeting rooms have a flipchart.
  • The ‘Jupiter’ boardroom has a large screen with electronic whiteboard.
  • The ‘Earth’ meeting room has a monitor and whiteboard.
  • The ‘Saturn’ training room has a beamer.
Make a reservation

Optional:

  • Sandwiches or meal service (hot and cold dishes) via the catering service, on request.

NB:

  • Additional hours are hours outside normal office hours (8.30 am – 5.00 pm).
  • For meetings and/or training courses held entirely outside normal office hours, a half-day will be charged for a 3-hour meeting; each additional hour (or part thereof) counts as a full additional hour.

For permanent office tenants

If you have a permanent office at GG126, then you can make use of the meeting rooms, free of charge, subject to making a reservation. The cafeteria and 4 coffee corners are also available to you free of charge, because you can also hold your meeting there, if you wish.

Included in the basic package:

  • 4 hours use per week (not valid for the ‘Jupiter’ boardroom or the ‘Saturn’ training room).
  • Advance reservation and effective use is required.
  • Combining hours or carrying them forward to other weeks is not possible.
